A savory noodle bowl full of protein and lots of flavor. You can eat this salad warm or chilled.
Mix the hoisin sauce and the soy sauce in a large bowl
Cook the soba noodles according to package directions and add to a large bowl along with the tofu and sesame seeds. Gently stir.
Heat edamame up according to package directions. Edamame usually comes in a microwave save package now. You'll likely just have to pop it in the microwave for a few minutes. After the edamame is hot, add it to the large bowl with the dressing and noodles.
Add the diced tomato, the diced red onion, and carrot. Gently mix in with the noodles.
Lastly, garnish with green onion. Serve warm or chilled. This dish is great served both ways.
