    Father’s Day is coming up and I would definitely recommend this delicious meal.  If you have the opportunity to grill these chops, I would go for it. I found two fresh pork chops for around $2.50. I served them with some cabbage salad and made a delicious dinner for two for about $4 a piece. Talk about a bargain.     Maple Bourbon Glazed Pork Chops

    In Washington state, we use outdoor grills all year long. A couple times a month in the winter, there are opportunities to find a dry day for outdoor cooking.
